ISO-class cleanrooms and GMP laboratories exhaust filtered, often chemical-laden air that must stay fully separated from supply. CNCSP plate recovery recovers sensible heat while preserving strict airstream isolation.

The challenge

Cleanroom and lab exhaust can carry particulates, chemicals and biological agents. Under ISO and GMP rules the supply air must remain uncontaminated, so exhaust can never be recirculated or allowed to leak into supply.

How air-to-air heat recovery helps

Use all-welded or 316L plate sensible cores with 100 percent physical separation of the two airstreams. No rotating wheels, no enthalpy (no moisture transfer) - only isolated sensible recovery that meets ISO-class and GMP constraints.

Recommended CNCSP exchangers

  • All-welded plate cores - leak-tight separation for ISO or GMP sites.
  • 316L stainless plates - aggressive or hygienic environments.
  • No rotary wheels, no enthalpy - eliminates cross-contamination and moisture carryover.
