One Core, Many Sludges

Municipal, chemical, electroplating and printing sludges dry very differently, but all benefit from low-temperature air-to-air heat recovery that lowers energy cost per ton of water removed.

Matching the Core to the Sludge

  • Municipal / domestic sludge: epoxy-coated aluminum cores resist routine corrosion and organics.
  • Electroplating & chemical sludge: 316L stainless or polymer (PP) cores survive heavy-metal-laden, acidic condensate.
  • Printing & dye sludge: nano anti-corrosion coatings extend service life in colored, chemical-rich exhaust.

How It Integrates

Closed internal-loop recovery dehumidifies exhaust and returns warm dry air to the low-temperature dryer (filter-press cake or belt), reducing heater load and stabilizing cake moisture.
