- Municipal / domestic sludge: epoxy-coated aluminum cores resist routine corrosion and organics.
- Electroplating & chemical sludge: 316L stainless or polymer (PP) cores survive heavy-metal-laden, acidic condensate.
- Printing & dye sludge: nano anti-corrosion coatings extend service life in colored, chemical-rich exhaust.
How It Integrates
Closed internal-loop recovery dehumidifies exhaust and returns warm dry air to the low-temperature dryer (filter-press cake or belt), reducing heater load and stabilizing cake moisture.
